We are so excited to be releasing this to the fans of Sven Co-op. There's even a special easter egg for those who played the game for the very first time. If you'd like to find out what it is, follow the link to the Half-Life Server telemetry page. We need your data, as your input will ensure we can keep the campaign for Blue Shift in the best condition possible.
Finally, a special greeting to all the community blogs that supported this endeavor. Your work goes unexplainably far beyond the simple voice cards, as everything got better and better with each episode!
Sven Co-op has been being worked on by the community for years. If you'd like to get involved, we are looking for voice actors - casting . Alternatively, we are also always looking for new members to join us - visit this wiki page to find out more. Let us know when you join us!
Reminder! If you're stuck in a situation where you need to find some friends to play Sven Co-op, ensure that your internet connections is up to date. The Steam client will automatically download the latest versions of maps, models and other assets as soon as Valve releases them on the workshop. While this is a good measure, you might still miss out on some pieces of the half-hour episodes. Make sure to keep checking the workshop on a regular basis. Even if there is no new update for Sven Co-op uploaded, there is a big chance that the very next map you download is updated with new jokes and gags.
There was a lot of great content created by Half-Life VOX. Examples of content include: marketing campaigns, voicepacks, theatrical trailers, the third quest, the fourth quest, and the fifth quest. Half-Life VOX's voices were used in the Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 2: Episode Two campaigns.
Half Life VOX is the name of the mod now, since Sven Viking decided that Half-Life Co-op was a name that was already taken. He renamed his project overnight, and Half Life VOX started as the name of the main mod's website, with a mission statement: 7211a4ac4a
