So after scouring Intel's website, i found the intel x99 chipset drivers, and after a reboot the devices went away. There is still an unknown device but that isn't an issue. I was installing the chipset drivers off of ASUS's website which didn't work. Now though, all the devices are gone. Thank you all for the help :). I'm going to leave the system running for a while to check if the crashing issue was solved, if it wasn't, ill probably post on the forum later.
I also had the exact same issue with my Asus X99-a after installing a i7 6850k in it. Drove me nuts seeing all those base system device warnings.
